This form-fitting nightgown is one of the longest and most-sinuous nightgowns that we’ve ever had! We, at Silver Screen Loungerie, endeavor to offer vintage lingerie items of the highest quality possible. While we sometimes find the occasional “new/old stock” piece, most of our items have been either gently or moderately worn by a previous owner. By definition, “vintage” means “old”, and we take great care to restore items – as much as possible – to their original beauty.
It’s impossible to fully-appreciate this gown by reading the text description, so we refer you to the pictures themselves! While the gown can still be slept in, we think the gown was designed as a “show-piece”… a gown to “swan” about the house in… a gown to “flaunt” a curvaceous body in!
The gown was created from a very-thin silk charmeuse, and it was cut to mold itself to the female form. The fabric is so thin, in fact, that a few thinner places were noted in the shoulder blades area. These “thin” places are just that… there are no holes, stains or weak seams in this garment. There is no maker’s tag, as the gown was obviously made for one person. You’ll never see another like this gown. The gown is modeled by 5’ – 11” size 33 ‘Gloria’, who delights in the close fit of this gown! Please be aware that the stated measurements are those of the gown itself. Your own body measurements should be slightly less.
This is truly one of our most bombshell gowns, and eminently wearable by today’s sirens in their own boudoirs!
