After you have submitted your order, you will receive an automatically-generated receipt confirming that your order was placed and that we have received your payment. Your order will be shipped no more than 3 business days after receipt of payment.


All orders placed by customers residing within Australia will be shipped overnight with receipted delivery by Australian Air Express. After your purchase has left our shop, we will send you an email with the Australian Air Express airway bill number so you can track the status of your package at the Australian Air Express website www.aae.com.au If you live in one of the major cities, you will usually receive your package the next day. If you live in a regional area, it may take a day or two longer to reach you.


All orders from international customers will be shipped by insured delivery by Australia Post. After your order has left our premises, we will send you an email to confirming that your order has been sent and the expected number of days until delivery. This will vary according to each country. International shipping is a flat rate of US $25 and this includes insurance and receipted delivery.  


We are certain you'll be happy with your Silver Screen Loungerie purchase. We take special care to describe our items in detail - listing measurements, fabrics and any flaws. If you have any questions about the garments you are ordering, please use our question form to ask us about the item before placing your order. If the unfortunate occasion arises where you feel you must return an item, please contact us within three days of receiving your item to discuss the problem. If you are an Australian customer your item must be received by us within 5 days of the date from which you contact us regarding the return. We recommend that you use Australia Post Express Post and keep your record of the package number. After we have received and inspected the condition of the returned item, we will issue a refund for your item if it is returned in the same condition as it was when it was sent to you. This refund will exclude your shipping/insurance costs and PayPal Fees. You are responsible for the costs associated with returning your item to us. If you an international customer, your returned item must be received by us within 10 days of the date from which you contacted us regarding your decision to return the item. This means that you will need to send the gown back to us by Airmail with receipted delivery. To avoid having to return an item, be careful sure to measure your body accurately and look closely at the description and measurements of each item.
